It is very well known to all that the AIDS is an epidemic issue to all people. People living with the HIV are being taken care of randomly through a number of associations as part of their activities; privacy, proper pre and post guidance and support are practically loose, that is why in the past few months, a group of highly motivated people have been meeting up to set up an organization that would be solely dedicated to the PLHIV community.
